Customer Advocates also provide guidance on how to address the latest regulatory requirements with your Millennium services. They are responsible for assuring your issues are resolved as quickly as possible and your organization is up to speed on the latest features, service enhancements, and Millennium news.
In addition to your Customer Advocate, Millennium's Executive Sponsor program ensures that a member of Millennium's leadership team is readily available to address any outstanding or urgent issues.
Pharmacy Response connects you to Millennium's pharmacy experts 24 x 7. Pharmacy Response makes it convenient and easy to get your questions answered and provides immediate access to a pharmacist when you need one. Questions are submitted electronically and responded to within minutes. We triage all questions and ensure patient-safety-related questions are answered first.
