Philip J. Keough, IV, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Keough has over thirty years of innovative pharmacy experience, including positions in independent and hospital pharmacies, most recently as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Millennium. He transitioned into the retail pharmacy sector where he quickly rose through key areas of functional leadership responsibility including operations, technology, customer service, legal and regulatory compliance, clinical services and sales. He was promoted and led pharmacy operations at national pharmacy chains CVS and Rite Aid and successfully leveraged his experience to maximize sales and profitability for these premiere organizations. Prior to taking on the responsibilities for Millennium's operations, he most recently has led a very successful consulting practice specializing in the pharmacy industry and has worked with early stage companies to help them meet their strategic growth initiatives. Mr. Keough is a member of the Advisory Board for Auburn University's Harrison School of Pharmacy and serves on the Board of Directors for the United Methodist Home for Children. He also served as a non-commissioned officer in the US Army Reserve.

J. Chris Luthin, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Luthin has over 25 years of financial executive leadership, operations and prescription benefit management (PBM) experience. Prior to joining Millennium, he was Executive Vice President of Operations for Caremark Rx a $50B PBM division of CVSCaremark. He started his Accounting career working for the Commonwealth Edison Company. Since that time he has held progressive leadership roles in the functional areas of Finance, Accounting and Operations within Caremark Rx. He also has served as a member on several non-profit Boards in the Chicago area and as a trustee for LaRabida Children’s Hospital.
Mr. Luthin holds a Masters of Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Accounting from Northern Illinois University.
Lena Sturgeon, EVP and Chief Clinical and Relationship Officer
Ms. Sturgeon is an experienced health care industry professional. She joined the Millennium management team during the Company's organization and start-up phase and has played an integral role in leading the design and delivery of a market-ready, mission critical medication management system that meets all the demanding requirements for resident care in the long-term care industry. A registered nurse since 1984, she has progressed through a number of senior management positions in long-term care and related fields, including tenures in another institutional pharmacy, as a regional clinical director for a large nursing home chain, a director of nursing for a 120-bed nursing home, and a personal care home owner. Her experience represents a unique blend of clinical, pharmacy and long-term care facility perspectives and operating knowledge.
John Tauber, Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Mr. Tauber has extensive experience using technology to drive efficiency, quality and revenue and achieving bottom line results in corporate, turnaround, and growth company environments. Most recently, he was the CIO for MedImpact Healthcare Systems with responsibility for delivering IT services for one of the nation's largest prescription benefits management (PBM) companies. Prior to MedImpact, he held CIO and senior IT leadership positions at Computer Horizons Corporation, Caremark, Adobe Systems, Deloitte & Touche, and Continental Bank. John graduated with dual bachelor's degrees in computer science and in mathematics and has served as an adjunct professor at the Lake Forest School of Management.
A. Jeffrey Newell, RPh, Senior Vice President Operations and Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. Newell brings over 30 years of pharmacy management experience to Millennium, including positions with independent and retail pharmacies. He began his career in the retail pharmacy sector as an independent retail pharmacy owner and later joined CVS Corporation where he assumed leadership roles in pharmacy operations, legislative and governmental affairs, and patient care programs. Prior to joining Millennium, he led a private consulting practice and most recently has held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Quality Partners of Rhode Island, a national Medicare quality improvement organization where he excelled in leading quality, efficiency and process improvement initiatives at the state and national levels. Mr. Newell has been heavily involved in State and National professional organizations, including chairing the Rhode Island Board of Pharmacy. In addition to his numerous honors and recognitions, Mr. Newell has presented at various regional and national professional organization meetings and has been published in the Journal of American Medical Association (JAMA) and Remington: The Science and Practice of Pharmacy edition 2011.
Mr. Newell holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Pharmacy from Albany College of Pharmacy.
Gaile M. Omori, SPHR, Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
Ms. Omori brings more than twenty years of human resources experience to Millennium, including leadership at health care, financial, and private equity companies such as Evangelical Health Systems, GE Capital, Sears Holding Corporation, and Prospect Mortgage (a portfolio company of Sterling Partners). Ms. Omori has a proven track record of developing, planning, and overseeing human resources strategies and tactics that support the company's business plan and operating strategies. Her focus is on blending team building, change management, executive leadership, and verbal/written communication with strategic and tactical human resource operations to ensure the workforce is productive, satisfied, and delivers quality results.
Ms. Omori holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a master's degree in industrial relations from Loyola University of Chicago.
