Richard Scardina, Chief Executive Officer, Director

Mr. Scardina is a proven healthcare services executive with experience in rapid growth and innovation in businesses including pharmacy benefit management, disease management, infusion therapy and specialty pharmacy. He has been a Director of Millennium since October 2007 and Chief Executive Officer beginning September 2008. Prior to that Mr. Scardina was a private investor and business consultant primarily to healthcare related organizations. From July 1989 until May 2006 he was employed by Caremark Rx and its predecessor companies most recently as Executive Vice President of Operations. Before that, Mr. Scardina was an employee of Price Waterhouse for thirteen years. He was also previously Chairman and an Executive Committee Member of the Pharmacy Care Management Association, the trade association for the pharmacy benefit management industry.

Mr. Scardina earned a Bachelor of Accounting Science Degree with High Honors from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Gary Duty, President, Co-Founder, Director

Mr. Duty is an experienced healthcare industry executive with over 20 years of experience in the institutional pharmacy industry. He is co-founder and former partner of Brown & Duty Inc., which owned and or managed four institutional pharmacies in Western Pennsylvania. He was a partner in HPS, a western Pennsylvania based institutional pharmacy that was acquired by Gatti LTC Services Inc., in 1990. He was instrumental in the success of Gatti LTC Services Inc., as it grew to service over 25,000 beds in Pennsylvania and contiguous areas. Mr. Duty served in various marketing and operating capacities as a Gatti LTC executive and subsequently served in similar roles with American Medserve and Omnicare. He has extensive experience with the complex customer acquisition process that characterizes the marketing of pharmacy services to the long-term care industry as well as the mechanics of compliance with regulatory standards. Mr. Duty is a Registered Pharmacist and a member of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists.

Boyd Gentry, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Gentry has over 25 years of finance and health care experience. Previously, Mr. Gentry was Chief Financial Officer of Mariner Health Care, Inc. a large, publicly traded, skilled nursing operator. During his twelve year tenure with Mariner he served in broad and diverse roles including raising significant debt and equity financings in excess of $2.8 billion dollars, management of operating subsidiaries, evaluation, negotiation and execution of acquisitions and divestitures, cash flow maximization, capital budgeting and strategic planning. For portions of his tenure, Mr. Gentry had operating responsibility for Mariner Health Care's institutional pharmacy business, its long-term acute care hospital operations and a portion of its skilled nursing facility portfolio. He also served as President of American Pharmaceutical Services, Mariner's LTC pharmacy subsidiary. Prior to joining Mariner, Mr. Gentry spent over twelve years as a senior corporate banker with Bank of America (NationsBank) and its predecessors and was responsible for developing key corporate finance relationships with Fortune 1000 clients and was responsible for managing a $1 billion loan portfolio.

Lena Sturgeon, Executive Vice President, Commercial Operations

Ms. Sturgeon is an experienced healthcare industry professional. She joined the MPS management team during the Company's organization and start-up phases and has played an integral role in leading the design and delivery of a market-ready, mission critical medication management system that meets all the demanding requirements for resident care in the long-term care industry. A registered nurse since 1984, she has progressed through a number of senior management positions in long-term care and related fields, including tenures as Chief Operating Officer of an upscale continuum care residential community, Vice-President of Pharmacy Operations for a large publicly traded institutional pharmacy company, Regional Clinical Director for a large nursing home chain, and Director of Nursing for a skilled nursing facility. Her experience represents a unique blend of clinical, pharmacy and long-term care facility perspectives and operating knowledge.

Suresh Vishnubhatla, Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Vishnubhatla joined Millennium Pharmacy Systems in 2007. In his role as the CTO, he oversees the development of the software products and network operations. He joined MPS from BodyMedia Inc., where he was the Senior Vice President, Products and responsible for product development (hardware, software and informatics), clinical research and regulatory affairs. Prior to BodyMedia Mr. Vishnubhatla was responsible for Product Development at Emerson Electric Corporation's Power and Water Solutions business. His work during his career was primarily in the fields of real-time systems, software system development, networking and distributed computing. He has over 15 years experience building integrated systems that bring hardware, software and algorithmic components together to perform complex tasks. He holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a Masters in Electrical Engineering. Mr. Vishnubhatla also holds several US and international patents.

Joe Poliseo, Senior Vice President, Pharmacy Operations

Mr. Poliseo joined Millennium Pharmacy Systems in October, 2007 with over 22 years of professional experience and 10 years of executive operations experience. Prior to joining Millennium, he held senior operations positions with Medco Health Solutions (running two of the largest pharmacies in the world) and with DaVita Rx (running a national network of specialty mail-order pharmacies and call centers specializing in the care of dialysis patients suffering from end stage renal disease). Mr. Poliseo has managed operations as large as 1,600 people (inclusive of 270 pharmacists) as well as national and global supply chain networks. He has also consulted for the Long Term Care pharmacy industry and has global operations leadership experience in Europe and Asia. He has a passion for continuous improvement in healthcare operations and has been formally trained in Lean Manufacturing and as a Six Sigma black belt. He holds dual B.S. degrees in Chemistry and Engineering.

John M. Froehlich, Vice President, Finance

John Froehlich joined Millennium Pharmacy Systems in 2005. Mr. Froehlich came to MPS from CoManage Corporation, where he served as Controller for the venture backed software development company. He also was a member of the audit and business advisory services team at Ernst & Young where he worked with clients in the healthcare and technology industries. Mr. Froehlich has extensive experience with growth-stage companies, as well as responsibility for all aspects of the finance operation, including internal and external financial reporting, financial modeling, and shareholder relations. Mr. Froehlich holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, and he is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the PICPA.
